We accept 2 types of payments in all parts of Pakistan:
Cash on delivery
The default payment method is Cash on delivery. If you wish to pay via Bank Transfer, kindly contact us.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, your payment is 100% secure. If you have any issue you can directly reach us. For local customers, cash on delivery works great as you pay only when you receive the item.
Do you have a display store?
Our business model is online worldwide and hence we do not have any retail display stores in Karachi. In UK, we have 2 display stores for B2B clients only: one in Newcastle Upon Tyne and the second at Derby Street, Manchester.
In Pakistan, we sell online only.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes you can. Call us at 0317-4714388 between 11 am to 5 pm to book your order.
I forgot to add my promo code before I confirmed my order...Can the discount still be applied?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply the discount after you have placed your order. Please check that the discount has been applied before you click ” submit order ”.
Can I modify my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us right away. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. However, last-minute changes to unshipped orders are possible. We ship all orders by 2 pm on each working day.
If we are unable to make the changes before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Please review our return policy for details. Please ensure you review all your details before you complete the checkout process.
Why was my order cancelled?
All orders if placed successfully on the website are final and 99.9 percent of the times there are no issues.
However, goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. Moreover, at times, the ordered item may have been damaged during the import from UK and hence cannot be sold. If your ordered item becomes out of stock or there is any other issue, we will let you know as soon as possible and you will not be charged.
I received wrong / damaged products?
If the merchandise that you received is damaged or wrong, you have 48 hours from the receipt of your package to notify us. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 0317-4707889 to discuss your damaged merchandise so we can assist you.
Any damage brought to our notice after 48 working hours will not be accepted.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
How long will it take to receive my order?
We dispatch all received orders at 2 pm on each working day.
Customers in Karachi can expect their order within 2 working days from the date of ordering. Customers outside Karachi can expect the delivery in 3-4 working days.
How much is the shipping?
Its flat 250 . Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 2500.
If your order total is above Rs. 2500, kindly make sure to select “Free Shipping” at the checkout to avail this option.
My order never arrived?
Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number so we can assist you in this regard. At times, the item is returned back to us by the courier company if there is no one at the door during the time of delivery.
What is Faux Leather?
Over 80% of the merchandise that we carry is made from the highest grades of faux (or synthetic) leather. Faux leather is a synthetic polyurethane material that reproduces the feel and durability of genuine leather. Many prefer faux leather because it is water and stain proof, requires very little maintenance, and is not derived from any animal products. And best of all, the faux leather on 50% of our bags is soft to the touch like real leather – so close that our customers report they can barely tell the difference. The rest of the 50% faux leather bags are sturdy and hard to touch like the classic Michael Kors or other luxury brands.
