SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• All items shipped within 24 working hours of order placement
• Delivery takes about 3-4 working days anywhere in Pakistan
• We ship from Karachi using Trax Courier and TCS
• Contact us to get tracking ID if you'd like to track your parcel

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us via PHONE or WHATSAPP within 12 hours of placing your order
• An order cannot be cancelled if we have already shipped it and handed over to the courier company

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

• If you'd like to return a order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• We'll send you return instructions and take notes of the replacement items you want
• As soon as the return is received, we'll ship the replacement item to you
• If the replacement item is expensive than the original item you bought, you can pay the difference via cash on delivery
• If the original item was expensive than the replacement item you like, we'll issue you a coupon code for the difference amount that you can use anytime on our website
• We DO NOT offer cash refunds. So if you do not like any item for replacement, we'll issue you the entire product price you paid as a coupon code for future use
